Interim HR Business Partner – G15 Housing Organisation
£30.40 PAYE / £40.20 Umbrella | Interim to mid-July | Hybrid (3 days office, flexible) - Kings Cross

We’re supporting a leading G15 housing organisation in securing an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior stakeholders, drive transformation, and deliver impactful people solutions during a key interim period.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing People function within one of London’s most recognised social housing groups, influencing workforce strategy and supporting organisational change at scale.

The Opportunity

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to shape people strategy, tackle complex employee relations matters, and drive initiatives across organisational design, workforce planning, engagement and culture.

You will act as a trusted advisor, bringing insight-led solutions that balance commercial outcomes with strong people impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and develop targeted people plans
  • Lead on organisational design, workforce planning and transformation initiatives
  • Advise on complex ER casework including high-risk matters (ACAS / ET exposure)
  • Use data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities, influencing decision-making
  • Drive engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives aligned to business objectives
  • Coach leaders to strengthen capability and improve performance outcomes
  • Lead or support strategic HR projects and change programmes 

About You

  • Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level within complex organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence
  • Experience supporting transformation, organisational change or workforce planning
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
  • Comfortable managing complex ER casework with a solutions-focused approach
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) desirable
