As part of this growth, they are looking for a Housing Manager specialising in Leasehold and Shared Ownership to play a key role in managing their growing portfolio.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality housing and leasehold management service, acting as the key contact for leaseholders, shared owners and residents across a mixed-tenure portfolio.
Working closely with residents, contractors and internal teams, you’ll ensure estates and buildings are well managed, compliant and delivering the standards residents expect.
Key Focus Areas
- Managing relationships with leaseholders and shared owners
- Providing advice on leases, service charges and housing responsibilities
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and estate services
- Ensuring compliance, service delivery and resident satisfaction
- Resolving enquiries and issues in a professional, proactive way
