Multi-Trade Technician

We’re recruiting for a Multi-Trade Technician for a leading housing provider, supporting high-quality repairs and maintenance services for residents.

Role details:

• Pay: £23.72 Ltd/Umbrella / £18.22 PAYE (Inside IR35)
• Location: Bow, with travel across East London & Essex
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract: 3 months initially, ongoing
• Company van provided

Responsibilities:

• Complete responsive repairs and maintenance.
• Specialise in Plumbing or Carpentry.
• Maximise first-time fixes and resident satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality work efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• No serious motoring offences in the last 10 years (CD, DD, DG, DR, IN, MR or TT).
• Minimum 2 years’ driving experience.
• Driving licence checks will form part of pre-employment checks.
