We’re working with one of London’s largest G15 housing organisations, committed to delivering high-quality homes and services to thousands of residents across the capital. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing professional to take ownership of a vibrant South London patch, acting as the key relationship lead between residents and the wider organisation.

The Role
As Neighbourhood Housing Lead, you will deliver a responsive, customer-focused housing management service, building trusted relationships with residents and acting as the voice of the community across the organisation.
You will take ownership of tenancy and neighbourhood management across Brixton, Streatham and Clapham, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high standards across estates and communal spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship lead for residents on patch, ensuring a high-quality housing management service
- Manage a wide range of tenancy matters including ASB, safeguarding, breaches of tenancy and estate issues
- Conduct estate inspections, tenancy audits and compliance activity to ensure homes and communal areas are well maintained
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, local authorities and external partners to resolve issues efficiently
- Support residents by providing guidance on tenancy, service charges and housing processes
- Represent the organisation at resident meetings, forums and multi-agency discussions
- Identify risks on patch and take proactive action to ensure safe and sustainable communities
About You
- Strong experience within housing management or neighbourhood services
- Knowledge of tenancy management, ASB, safeguarding and compliance
- Confident managing relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for delivering positive outcomes for communities
- Understanding of housing legislation and regulatory frameworks desirable
