Neighbourhood Response Officer

We're recruiting for a Neighbourhood Response Officer with a leading housing association dedicated to creating safe, well-managed neighbourhoods and delivering excellent services to residents.

Role Details

• Pay: £21.05 PAYE / £26.73 Umbrella
• Location: Highbury, London (Office-based with community visits – no home working)
• Contract: 3 months with potential extension

Responsibilities

• Deliver tenancy management and neighbourhood services.
• Carry out estate inspections and tenancy visits.
• Investigate tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour.
• Support vulnerable residents and help sustain tenancies.
• Work closely with residents, external agencies and internal teams to improve local communities.
• Manage caseloads and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
