£20.00 Per Hour Temporary

Our client is a wonderful Housing Association operating in London and Herts They have an immediate need for a Repairs Administrator to provide general support to the compliance team and be the main point of contact for enquiries from across the business, liaising with Customers, you will also manage tasks recording all interactions on their in-house CRM system.

The role is only 1 day in their office which is based in central London and the rest will be working remotely.

The role is paying between £19.12 and £20.07 per hour (umbrella) depending in experience and an annual increase about to come into effect. Also, the role has the possibility of becoming a FTC at £29,400 per year plus benefits.

Experience with the Orchard system is essential.

What you’ll do
– Be a key contact for our repairs service, keeping our customers updated and support
them at every step of their repairs journey.
– Ensure our systems are updated and kept up to date.
– Support other teams to deliver a high-quality repairs service, working collaboratively with
colleagues, our repairs partner, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues effectively.
– Allocate and progress tasks and activities and raise repair jobs.
– Make sure contractor visits happen.
– Always provide excellent customer service, taking the time to listen, understand and identify the best way forward.
– Be brilliant at the basics, knowing your role, your systems, your service, and your customers inside out.
– Be a great team player and do what it takes to deliver our goals and targets.
– You will provide regular reports to evidence progress on our completion of fire actions and be the go-to across the business for management of all activities.
– Advising / assisting with any H&S updates.

– Strong attention to detail
– Proven, solid administration skills.
– Organised and efficient
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
– Previous experience of repairs
– Social housing/estate agent experience is desirable.
– Experience using a repairs system.
– Excellent telephone manner
