Building Manager – Level 2

We're recruiting for a Building Manager on behalf of a well-established and respected housing provider committed to delivering high-quality housing services and supporting thriving communities.
The Role

• Pay rate: £21.59 PAYE / £28.56 Umbrella
• Location: Central and West London
• Working pattern: Office-based and field-based across a designated patch (no remote working)
• Contract: 3-month temporary contract with strong potential to become permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communal areas and residential estates, ensuring high standards of maintenance and resident satisfaction
• Oversee cleaning, grounds maintenance, and fire safety actions across a portfolio of properties
• Progress communal repairs through to completion, keeping residents and colleagues informed throughout
• Manage service charge budgets and communicate associated costs clearly to residents
• Build effective relationships with residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Resolve complaints, disputes, and anti-social behaviour issues, delivering positive outcomes
