Fully Remote | 35 Hours per Week | £14.34 per Hour PAYE (£26,098.80 per annum equivalent) | Ongoing Temporary Contracts
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 14 Complaint Investigators to join one of London's largest and most respected G15 housing associations. Managing over 108,000 homes and supporting more than 220,000 residents across London and the Home Counties, this organisation is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and creating thriving communities.
With immediate starts available, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a fully remote role with a respected organisation that puts residents at the heart of everything they do.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same. You'll manage your own caseload of resident complaints, carrying out thorough investigations and delivering fair, balanced outcomes.
- Investigate complex customer complaints from start to finish.
- Gather evidence from multiple teams and external contractors.
- Produce professional, well-written complaint responses.
- Ensure every case is handled in line with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.
- Keep accurate records using CRM systems.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving services for residents.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people who can confidently manage sensitive customer situations while remaining professional and solution-focused.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience investigating complaints within customer service, housing, public sector or contact centre environments.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce detailed, high-quality responses.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code (highly desirable).
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving positive outcomes.
