We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity to work in an exciting department for our client an award winning Housing Association.
Working within the development area our client is looking for an experienced candidate to administer aftercare functions for the team including defect liability period, liaising with customer and third party contractors carrying out repairs to properties.
This is initially a three month temporary position with a potential extension or permanency.
Paying up to £18.95 LTD/Umbrella
