An amazing opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join one of the largest and highly respected Housing providers and property management companies in London.
The main purpose of the role is:
To let properties, minimise void loss and maximise returns.
To be responsible for the day to day operations of market and intermediate rented portfolio, acting as the first point of contact for all market and intermediate rental tenants, key workers, Rent to Home-Buy tenants, caretakers, contractors, agents and the general public
To provide an excellent customer focused professional management service to residents and clients, ensuring all legal landlord/freeholder obligations are met, ensuring all relevant fees, charges, notices and rents are issued in a timely manner and addressing as required any queries in relation to these
To work closely with other property management teams to ensure that the estates are well managed and the environment is well maintained
To ensure the accurate calculation and issue of all rents and deposits in the departmental rented portfolio working as required with other departments to achieve this
To advise and implement tenancy terms, statutory measures, deposit protection and company policies relevant to the management of the rented portfolio
To ensure the efficient and effective collection of rents for the departmental rented portfolio
To deal with as required any instances of anti-social behaviour (ASB) involving our rented portfolio in accordance with company policies and working as required with other property management teams and other relevant parties/agencies
To provide specialist advice and guidance to colleagues, residents and the general public on matters relating to market and intermediate/keyworker rented properties
To assist with the management of contractors and managing agents relevant to the portfolio, ensuring value for money and probity at all times
