Commercial Gas Engineer

We are pleased to be recruiting for an Excellent opportunity as a Commercial Gas Engineer for our client, an excellent Housing Association based in East London.

This is a permanent opportunity paying in total 46k per annum.

Main purpose of the role:

To service, repair, maintain and install gas appliances as instructed across commercial buildings

You will have proven experience in commercial gas maintenance and service work, a high level of literacy and numeracy, is willing and able to work as part of a team and independently showing initiative dealing with situations and completing tasks, have a high level of responsibility for resources in your care, and also hold a full driving license.

Key experience required;

ü Hold full driving licence (vehicle provided)

ü Gas Service Engineers shall be sufficiently competent to carry out all general gas works to domestic housing stock completing landlord safety certificates, be competent in fault diagnosis and repair to central heating systems.

ü Must be in general good health, able to work outside in all weathers to work at heights.

ü Proven experience at operational level of commercial gas appliance maintenance auditing.

ü Understanding of the Gas Regulations and other relevant legislation.

ü You will have undergone recognised formal training attaining the relevant qualification, i.e City & Guilds, NVQ Level2 or equivalent and have ACS qualifications CODNCO1,TPCP1A, ICPN1,CIGA1,CORT1,CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1, CEN1, HTR1, WAT1, CKR1, AND C&G 6084 Energy Efficiency, CP1,
