Our client are a leading supplier of Logistics Services to the Construction Industry and are currently recruiting for a self-motivated, tenacious and ambitious individual to join our busy team.
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for supporting our Recruitment team in the search for candidates.
The main purpose of the role is support of the Recruitment Manager which involves:
– Candidate Sourcing and initial contact
– Placing job adverts and monitoring on a variety of medias
– Organising and involvement with local job fares
– Liaising and meeting with councils and other and agencies
– Dealing with all applications.
– Engaging with prospective candidates and conducting vetting procedures to ensure only relevant candidates are submitted to site for consideration by the site manager.
– Resourcing from various job boards
– Candidate care and communication
– Confident, enthusiastic and positive, with an excellent telephone manner
– Experienced in recruitng candidate must demonstrate ability to work on detailed information where accuracy is key.
– Committed to getting the best result for all concerned
– Have a 'can do attitude" working as part of a team
– Self-motivated and target driven
– Ability to build up a positive rapport with clients and people
Ideally, you will have proven track record in recruitment and knowledge of the construction market. However, some training can be given to the right candidate. This is a challenging but rewarding environment.
