Start of tolerance: £55,000 – £60,000 Based Wembley – Perm

Experience of successfully managing a team delivering large planned programmes of passive and active fire protection works within a housing environment. Excellent understanding of contract management and fire safety regulations and guidance. Exceptional knowledge of the correct specification of fire safety materials and products, and their installation such as fire doors, penetrating sealing systems, cavity barriers, sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke and heat detection etc. Experience of managing budgets and writing detailed reports for senior management.
