We are currently looking to recruit for an excellent opportunity as an Homeownership Officer to carry out Leasehold and portfolio management, from repairs to landlord obligation management, lease terms, S20, to Service charges, ASB and Shared ownership.
The client is looking for a candidate to initially join temporarily however would like t his person to become permanent and build a career within organisation.
This opportunity will suit someone from either the public or private sector with experience and ambition to pursue a career in Property Management either at Graduate/Entry level or for experienced Property Managers.
We have worked with this client exclusively for over five years and haveplaced a large number of candidates that not only secure long termpositions but progress nicely within the business making this an excellentopportunity for individuals looking for a career in this very exciting market.
Our client is a ‘not-for-profit’ that loves to make a profit. They build and sell new homes on the open market or rent them out commercially to raise money for more affordable homes and for services for our customers.
The profit made from the residential lettings portfolio enables our client to help people to ‘live better’ by providing high quality homes and care. In the last three years they have delivered more than 1,500 new affordable homes and they plan to build a further 3,600 by 2019 to help meet the housing shortage.
They offer a wide range of housing options including homes for affordablerent, shared ownership, private rent and private sale. They work hard tomake a positive difference to our residents’ lives by promoting aspiration, independence and well-being through a range of training and support services.
The post is paying between £18-£22 per hour and is a temp-perm opportunity
