We are pleased to be recruiting for a great three month temporary role as an experienced Service Charge Officer to work for an excellent London Based Housing Association.
This role is paying £20.58 per hour gross (limited/umbrella) and is looking for the right individual to start as soon as possible.
The purpose of this role is to assist with providing an accurate service charge accounting and billing service for all tenure types in line with agreed policies and procedures, ensuring that a consistent approach and compliance is achieved at all times.
