We’re recruiting for a Visiting Available Homes Officer with one of the UK’s largest housing associations, helping provide homes and better futures for communities across England.
Role Information:
• Pay: £19.36 PAYE / £24.56 Umbrella
• Location: Hybrid – Leatherhead or Haywards Heath office, home working & regional travel across Brighton & Chichester
• Contract: 16 weeks initially, with likely extension
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car required – mileage paid
• Basic Criminal Record Check required
Role Responsibilities:
• Carry out property inspections, viewings and tenancy sign-ups
• Minimise empty property turnaround times and support fast lettings
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience across the region
• Work flexibly across home, office and community settings
• Contribute ideas and improvements as part of a collaborative team
